How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout. Orders over £60 get free standard delivery.
What sizes do you offer?
We stock XS through to 3XL across all product lines. Check our size guide on each product page — ABDEDAS fits true to size.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes — 30-day hassle-free returns on unworn items with tags attached. Just email us and we'll sort it within 48 hours.

How do I care for my ABDEDAS gear?
Machine wash at 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Hang to dry for best results. Avoid fabric softeners on performance pieces.
